ask the Agency for the Protection of Programs (APP), located at 119, avenue de Flandre in Paris (FR 75019),

to have proceed by its agents on oath to the recording of the reproduction, the making available, the diffusion
or the digital representation on the Internet, without any prior consent, of all or part of the phonograms
performed by Gala, Hermès House Band, Village People and Vengaboys, of which SCORPIO MUSIC is producer and/or
for which SCORPIO MUSIC has the ability to represent the first producer. 

Whithin the scope of the defence of their intellectual property rights, the rightholders are particularly attached
to the integrity of their works and/or their performances, the simultaneous mentioning both of the authors and
artists' names, the respect of their economic rights, the respect of identification and rights management systems
referred to in the WIPO Treaty, on any reproduction, making available, diffusion or representation of their works,
in whole or in part.

The undersigned specify that they did not authorize the reproduction, the making available and the communication to the
public neither on the Internet nor under any other electronic form, of all or part of the concerned phonograms.

The undersigned entrust the APP with addressing the necessary formal demands to any responsible person of any illicit
reproduction, making available, diffusion or public performance of works referred to above, in particular to the
involved persons in charge of publication, to the hosting and access providers and technical intermediaries.

The undersigned authorize INTERDEPOSIT to publish the list of web sites addresses or pages including unauthorized 
reproductions of phonograms
